WELCOME TO PRIME GECKOS

When purchasing a gecko from Prime Geckos you agree to the following:

All sales are final. A 50% non refundable deposit is required to hold your gecko with the balance payable within 30 days. If full payement is not received by the 30th day, you lose your deposit and your hold on the gecko. We reserve the right to refuse a sale.

We cannot garentee the sex of the gecko unless stated female or male. A possible male or possible female does not garentee the sex. We do our best to pore check our geckos and can provide pictures upon request.

All prices on geckos posted are subject to change without notice as they grow.

Prime Geckos is not responsible for dropped tails while a gecko is on hold or during shipping. No refunds will be offered on dropped tails.

 

Shipping is at buyers expense. We ship via Reptile Express when weather permitting. Our live arrival guarentee is only valide for 30 minutes after arrival. If a gecko arrives dead, you must send a live video to show that the gecko has died during shipping. If we feel that the proof shown is not adequate, we hold the right to refuse a refund. Only the cost of the gecko will be refunded.

For local pick up, once the gecko is out of our care, you are responsible to transport it safely to its new home. No refund will be offered if something happens to the gecko.
